I'm Naida Ginnane: a trained Art Teacher, artist, and photographer based in Noosa Heads, Queensland. A Bachelor of Education (Art) and a Master of Education have allowed me the privilege of teaching Visual Arts across Australia and overseas over the past 35 years.

I've spent most of my life making and teaching Art — and I feel genuinely blessed to still love it as much as I did at the start.

'The Unseen is the idea at the heart of everything I make. I'm drawn to the abstract and the overlooked — the detail hiding inside the familiar, the beauty that only reveals itself when you really look. In photography, that often means altitude: aerial landscapes, macro or experimental work. Images that dissolve into pure colour and form, where the line between natural and man-made disappears entirely. In drawing and mixed media, it's the quiet tension between what's observed and what's felt.
